- Your order reference number
- The name and quantity of item(s) that was damaged or faulty
- A clear photo of the damage or fault
Once we've received the above information, we will be in touch to resolve the matter.
Do not return anything until we have advised you whether it is necessary or not to do so.
Please note that all claims for orders arriving with damaged items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
