My gift wrap isn’t included with the rest of my order, where is it?

Please note that our gift wrap will be dispatched in a separate parcel, in order to avoid it creasing.


This will mean that your order will be delivered in more than one box, so you may have more than one tracking reference. Please call us on 01778 560256 to speak to a Customer Experience Team member so that we can locate and provide all tracking information. We are open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm.
