Can I upgrade my postage, once I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot amend or upgrade the postage. If you need to do so, please get in touch with us straight away so that we can see if the order can be cancelled.

If the order can be cancelled, we will arrange the refund and cancellation of the order so that you can then re-place it on the required delivery service via our website.

Please note that we are also unable to amend international orders once they are placed. We would therefore advise you to get in touch with us straight away to cancel the order, if the selected delivery time frame is going to take too long to arrive.
