Can I track my delivery?

Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you should receive a notification email with the tracking reference provided. Please be aware that if your order has been packaged into more than one box, you may have more than one tracking reference.

In order to ensure that you have all of the necessary tracking information, please give us a call on 01778 560256 to speak to a member of our Customer Experience Team. We are open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm.
